The toy box in the bedroom – an old shoe box – was getting a bit unruly. I decided that I would try and find something suitable for toy storage while out Christmas clearance shopping. I stumbled across these cute little bins at Target for just 0.90 each!

I spent a nice chunk of time this morning gathering up all the toy bins, weeding through and throwing away old toys. I did NOT move the couches to get all the toys that have been sent flying under there. I also did not move any furniture on the third floor where I know a lot more toys are also stashed. Those are projects for another day.

When all was said and done, we were left with FOUR red bins full of toys! Uh yeah… there are no spoiled cats here. Nope, not at all!

The cats seem to like the bins. Sylvester and Ginger have both been caught happily removing toys from the bins. At least now we have nice tidy bins we can just toss toys back into when we’re cleaning. One small step to less clutter around here. 🙂
